Using a dilute slurry feed pre coat system and eliminating the open pre coat tank, Epicor has the simplest system to operate. Backwash recovery is also available to capture the waste resins and produce clean liquid waste. In addition to the powdered ion exchange resins, Epicor provides complete service and water chemistry consultation with each installation.
Other Ion Exchange Process Equipment
Epicor has the capability to supply a variety of custom designed ion exchange and related process equipment. In addition to condensate polishing, make-up demineralization and radwaste treatment systems, we can also supply carbon filters, reverse osmosis systems and vacuum degasifiers.
Epicor has also developed a Dilute Slurry Pre coat System for existing powdered resin systems designed to deliver a more even pre coat than conventional systems, resulting in longer run lengths and extended lifetimes.
